Sumamry:
Author presents the legal sources (constitutional rules, international conventions, laws and other regulations, acts of regulatory agencies, and etchical codes of journalists’s associations) regulating the field of protection of adolescent persons in media. Commentary is provoked by recent flagrant violations of legal and ethical rules regulating treatment of minors in tabloid journals and TV broadcasts
